High-Performance Control Unit Overview

The unit delivers exceptional sequence and data processing performance for advanced machine control. With instruction execution times as fast as 0.3μs for basic instructions and 0.87μs for data instructions, it ensures industry-leading speed and responsiveness, boosting overall production capacity.

It supports high-precision positioning with a 200 kHz, 4-axis pulse output, enabling sophisticated motion control. Two types of basic units are available: the high-functionality NA0PA model, ideal for servo system integration, and the standard NA0PB model, designed for general equipment control. Users can choose the appropriate unit based on their application needs.

Communication is made flexible and easy by adding a small board to the base unit for RS-232C, RS-485, or Ethernet connectivity. Additional communication options can also be added via a left-side extension unit.

For programming, users can select from two tools: Expert, which complies with the IEC 61131-3 international PLC standard, and Standard, which focuses on ladder logic. Both support function blocks (FB) to adapt to various control requirements.
